type but also transaction setting variables
as well. LoanVibe is built on the premise
that the value of any particular loan does
not exist in a vacuum. Transaction details
can affect the strength and weakness of
any loan. Some of these factors include
interest rate movement, personal re-payment
habits, borrower financial goals and property
value and appreciation rates.
Component Generation
The overwhelming volume of data produced
by the forecasting engine would not be
helpful without Component Generation. This
system gives the loan officer complete
control over all presentation elements,
enabling him/her to instantly match loan
product features with the borrower's financial
needs.
Automated Electronic Delivery
An outstanding presentation is useless without
a quick and efficient method of delivery
to the client. That's why LoanVibe fully
utilizes the web for communicating presentations
by providing internal website upload and
email functions. You collect borrower information
from the web! After your borrower completes
and submits a web form it automatically
imports and creates a new presentation based
on the imported information. LoanVibe comes
with a complete, import and mapping interface
and ships with a Calyx Point® export
template.
