The information RealNet obtains
from non-government sources is used to improve
the accuracy and completeness of the information
obtained from the public record. RealNet
updates and standardizes property address
and other location information (such as latitude
and longitude of each property), appends
the telephone numbers of property owners,
and may obtain and list detailed information
about buildings, which may be located on
the property. These enhancements enable
RealNet customers, in turn, to provide better
service to mortgage lenders and homebuyers.
