TIME SENSITIVE TRANSACTIONS
Commercial, Subdivision, acquisitions and financing transactions can be as complex as their multi-million dollar sales price. Real estate professionals rely on Corinthian Title's experienced and insightful staff. Our experienced Senior Escrow Officers assure that when any single site and even multi-site transactions change hands, all requirements of the participants are fulfilled.

Our escrow officers track documents and other items throughout the course of the transaction, keeping you and other authorized parties advised of the status as well as informing parties of what is needed to close. As the closing date nears, all parties are assisted by our escrow officers in obtaining the necessary documents to close. When the receipt of funds is confirmed, the escrow is closed by recording specific documents in conjunction to the transaction. The handling of payoff and disbursement of funds are done immediately in a prompt and efficient manner.
