DOCUMENT FORMS |
The forms below can be opened
in Microsoft Word as well as in
WordPad - the basic word processing
program that is included with all
Windows installations. You can
edit these forms, adding your specific
information before printing the
document.
To use these forms, right click
the desired link and click "Save
Target As" to open from your
computer.
You should be aware that Word will
apply its own preset formatting to
the document. To readjust to the
correct alignment, follow these steps:
- Go to your Word tool bar at
the top left and select File
then Page Setup
- Set the Top, Bottom, Left, and
Right Margins all to 0.5"
- Set the Gutter, Header and Footer
all to 0"
- Click O.K. The document will
align properly and you can print
it, or complete/edit it before
printing.
